Nduti Kyalo is an experienced Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and an Associate in the Law Firm’s Corporate, Commercial, and Conveyancing Department. She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Nairobi and a Post Graduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law. Nduti is also a Certified Professional Mediator with the Mediation Training Institute of East Africa and holds a post-graduate Diploma in Project Management from the Kenya Institute of Management.
With her extensive experience, Nduti has successfully handled various commercial transactions and agreements, real estate projects, and several other project developments. She demonstrates key understanding and expertise in handling matters such as the perfection of securities, land law and conveyancing, restructuring of companies, and preparation of legal opinions and advisories on various commercial and conveyancing matters and other developing legal issues.
Additionally, Nduti has been extensively involved in the firm’s legal training department, which undertakes training on various legal issues for clients. She demonstrates expertise, efficiency, and commercial awareness in dealing with all legal matters.
