Samuel Maina is a founding partner of Maina & Onsare Partners Advocate LLP and a legal powerhouse with a wealth of knowledge and experience. Samuel holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Nairobi, Kenya, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. He is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, a Commissioner for Oaths, and Notary Public, in addition to being a Patent Agent.

As the Team Leader in the firm and a member of our Conveyancing and Commercial Department, Samuel has cemented his place as a respected leader in the legal industry. His expertise in banking, finance, construction, property, conveyancing law, and general corporate and commercial law is second to none, and he has a track record of success that is hard to match.

In his illustrious career, Samuel has been involved in some of the most complex and challenging assignments, including advising Nextgen Office Suites Limited on project structuring and transaction documentation for the development of Residential Apartments and a Shopping Mall in Nairobi, Kenya. He has also acted for Equity Bank Limited on a financing transaction to Nextgen Office Suites Limited to the tune of Kshs. 1,400,000,000/-, advised the Madhani Group of Companies in the acquisition of a Hotel Establishment in Maasai Mara in Kenya, and provided legal advice to National Bank of Kenya Limited on lending to County Governments in Kenya.
